I had a loan just taken over by this company and they called to let me know how to make payments and answer any questions I may have. They called 3 days in a row without leaving a message - strange I thought. I finally answered on the third day because it was getting annoying.

they can call but not have name in Caller ID... we got sold by CitiBank to these unknowns also... so far doesn't look good with this type of history starting for us too... won't leave a message, how rude...
