These people are bottom feeders who try to collect on debts long past the statute of limitation time frame, among other deceptive practices. Report them to:

I just did. The fcc complaint site is a bit time consuming to file, but let's hope it works. If enough people file complaints, maybe the FCC will do something about this company.
If you do happen to get repeated calls from them and get a live caller, tell them that you have reported them to the FCC, then hang up.
