I Called and they wanted me to allow them access to my computer ,He said he works for Microsoft and ask me to go to (WWW.123 RESCUE.com) I hang up ,I cloud not close the window so in the key board push
CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time and closed the window from win manger so every think is ok
