Has left two messages about a "claim against me" and it being important I contact "the department" about this claim so they can "verify my file." Obvious scam from a number that will surely change once more of these posts show up - do not return this call.

Caller contacted me at 7 AM on my cell phone. Did not identifiy the company but indicated that they had previously contacted me about a claim, and that they were going to send me some information about "the matter". They want me to call "the department who is handling this claim."
