I got a call from (877)819-3020 tonight at midnight. It is from Insight Teleservices a 3rd party for-profit who make a good deal of money by attempting to collect "charity" money on behalf of veterans. I pledged $15 to get them off the phone and then did some research. My mistake. I didn't pay, because they are largely a scam outfit as I suspected. Do not answer the phone, do not pledge to them, and spread the word.
