Called me 8 times in an hour....threats to have lawsuits and legal actins aginst my wife if we didn't pay them from a place called "Cash Advance". Jim Carter is the guys name and I'm unable to understand him the accent is so thick. He also called my wife numerous times. Fact is we have just finished a bankruptcy and EVERYTHING was discharged in it. I'm all for hunting this guy down!
I did enjoy forcing him to spell everything and repeat everything 5-6 times. I actually got him yelling at me about not being able to understand him since he was too hard to understand, and I wanted a supervisor but of course there wasn't one.

left msg saying needed to call immediately and do the right thing and take care of the matter. Either me or my attorney needed to call asap. Definetely foreign accent. This has happened to me before with them saying they had my ss # and bank acct info. they did have the information.

Called my house and cell left a threatening msg on both that I was in trouble and legal action is going to be taken against me and they are going to call my employer and tell them I am a fraud! Then called my work I got on the phone and told this person I was filing a compliant with the FBI he screamed at me "I am going to call your supervisor and tell them you are a fraud" - I said I can transfer you I have done nothing wrong and not only will I call the FBI I will now sue you too. I hung up and they have not called back. Bigtime scam!!!!!!
