ROFL these people called me today. These people called telling me that i owed some money to some payday loan company that i have never head of. I have never taken out a payday loan in my life, and never will because the interest rates are to damn high. they are over here telling me that they are going to file a lawsuit against me and that i was going to lose my job.... A) i am unemployed right now so try as they might they arent going to make me more unemployed... B) when he asked me if i had a lawyer for him to talk to i told him yeah i know 3 and they are in my family.... i got hung up on after that. I called back requesting documentation to which i was hung up on again. so i called back a third time and told Mr. Morgan (probably an alias) that i filed a complaint with the FBI to which i was told "Thats good, dont call here again" and was hung up on again.... these people obviously dont understand the way the law works around here and i feel bad for anyone who would believe this foolishness. As for me, sense they feel the need to harass me i might just do the same back. I will be nice about it, but the way i figure it: if they have the nerve to call me up, piss me off and ruin my day with this BS then i think it is only fair that i tie up one of there phone lines for a while everyday for a while so they cant harass someone else. Word of wisdom, if any debt collector ever calls you saying that you owe someone money request copies of the documents. if they refuse to provide them then they are already breaking the law and you will know right then and there that they are full of BS.
Heh, well i have called these guys back about 20 times, asking to speak to Mr. Morgan. Most of the time they just hang up on me, and then there is the guy named adam whom stayed on the phone for a little while and then finally hung up when he found out it was me again. The sad thing is that i am not even being mean to these people, i am trying to be as nice as possible and all they do is just hang up on me.... cest la vie. apparently they are man enough to threaten you with this that and the other, but too chicken to even answer even the simplest questions when confronted. hopefully by doing this they might realize that i am not someone to be messed with.

This people ask me to do a letter and send a copy of my photo id along with my card number to make a payment on an account that I am not aware of.

I have been getting these calls at work, home its becoming a problem, I did use the payday loans services, but however they have called explain the cases to my minor kids when they answer the phone threatening to put me in jail, explaining my personal business with my co-workers; requiring me to provide documents that was'nt require to place the loan, this is becoming very depressing at time How do I stop these people from calling. I need help, fast. I read onthe internet this is a scam, on the FBI website, I heard it on the news. How do we stop these people. They get very nasty with you when your trying to explain your cases. I really need help I cant afford to loose my job. What Iam I to do.
