The automated machine said "This is a call for *name* if this is *name*" press 1 if not press 2."
So I press 2 and the machine pauses and repeats the same message. It does this up to 3 times and gives up. So tonight I pressed one and got a person. She asked for the name and I told her that I don't know that person nor anyone else that is in debt and could we be taken off the list. She said it would take 24 hours to process so we might get one more call tomorrow.
