Automated service that knew my name and bank. This call came just after I had authorized a new credit card, so I assumed it was the bank checking on my activation, so I entered my zip code. Yikes hopefully I am not screwed.

The call was from an automated service that knew that I had a specific credit card and said my name. It said it was security services from the bank and asked to verify if I was the person called by pressing 1. Which I did. Then it asked me to verify my zip code. At this point I realized that this must be a fraud. I hung up and called the bank. They said that they had not made that call and this is a phishing call. PLEASE BE WARNED to block calls like this.

I got an automated message saying they were doing a customer satisfaction survey from my bank. After I pressed1 to confirmed who I was, I believe they asked for the account number and my billing zip. I didn't answer either and they hung up.
