I had a phone call from this number saying I owed Discover $1700.00 and I needed to settle up with them to keep from going to court. I have never had a Discover card and told me guy to provide me with additional information. He ask to verify different information and wanted my social which I refused to give. He then instructed me to call HSBC/Capital One (who bought out Discover) at 1-800-477-600. I did so, and they told me that I don't have any accounts with them. I called Bryan Martin back and he got really smart and ugly with me and hung up.

My mother who is 86 years young, just received a call from this number, asking to speak to me however, that is not my phone, nor I reside there. The person identified himself as Diego Sanchez and claims it was a legal matter and tried scaring my mother. Needless to say, my mother is very upset. I have only one dispute and it is in the hands of my attorney.
