This company is a scam claiming I owe them for a check n to cash loan, I paid this off and check n cash did not turn this over to anyone....these people were following my family to try and intimadate and calling all my family members with a recording press one if you know.....press 2...I have reported them to the FBI and we did get licence plate on the person following family member police will be going to arrest him.....beware they are scammers and lowest part of life....

I got a call about a four year old payday advance that putmy account overdrawn. I asked the bank and the loan company was paid off as I intended when I got the loan. This is a very fucked up scam

I received a from this number stating there was a warrant from my county sheriff office for me for bank fraud. I have never committed a crime- have not even gotten a traffic ticket in the last 10 years so I am definitely not out committing bank fraud- They would not identify their company or even give me a name of the individual I was speaking to. I contacted my county sheriff office and they advised me that it was a scam and they would never call on a warrant.
Now that I think back, I did have my one and only payday loan at the time the representative is referring to (I had just lost my job and was waiting on my severance and unemployment)- it has been paid off and I actually filed bankruptcy since then. This has to be a scam to try to get money from people, and it sickens me
