Called the number back. Got recording -- "Thank you for calling Advanced Health. Your call may be recorded for training or quality purposes. If your call is in relation to a letter you received from your health plan or if you are returning a call press 1. If you have an appointment scheduled press 2."
Pressed 1 and got a live person who asked my name and phone number. She said call was on behalf of a letter I supposedly got from my Aetna Advantage plan regarding the scheduling of an in-home health physical by a local nurse practitioner who would spend about an hour with me discussing my health history and conducting a brief physical exam and talking with me about my options.
Called the number a 2nd time and pressed 2. Live person came on and said she was with the scheduling department in Virginia.
