I received harrassing calls from this law firm stating that I was going to be arrested on felony charges for a debt in 2007. They stated that they wanted to serve a summons and that they could do it at home or at work. They had my drivers license number (which is scary) and they kept saying that I needed to pay them now or they would haul me to jail. When I called back to get more information about who was suing me the lady was rude and refused to give me the correct spelling of the law firm. She kept repeating to stop calling her and to have my lawyer call her because i had to pay or go to jail. I kept telling her that I owed nothing to anyone but she didn't care. She was awful and she continues to call asking me to pay at least 25% by credit card today. I googled the phone number 888-519-5423 and found people blogging about calls and similiar situations like mine. Why are these people calling and how do they get certain information like Drivers License numbers? Please help stop them.
