Called ask for HR regarding a legal matter for Cindy boston fowler which is wrong to call an employer and leave voice message that they are going to serve me and need to verify my work address when they have phone number why do they need to verify address. Will not give name of company they are from and do not have paperwork stating they received a sealed file.
My employer is very angry and will press charges against them if they call again
