Received a call from unknown caller but left number 1-888-782-3451. Left a message with case number said I had 24 hours to call back before I was served at work or home. But did not say who the call was for and who it was from. Called the number back it was answering machine said it was from Fineburg and Phillips . However I have seen other sites saying this is a scam call. When I googled the firm can not be found. So do not give them any info. I think they try to phish info out of you. ?? not happy getting calls like this.

Message left from "Legal affairs department" that contracted to deliver a summons to appear, if you don't call back they will verify that the address and income is correct (yet they don't state them). Call dies out for a moment - seems bogus to me.

The number that they called from is not displayed on caller ID.
The message on the answering machine does not contain ANY information about ANYONE.
They do give a "account number" 43-00909 to make it sound like it is some "thing" that is real.
But don't even say "WHO" the message is intended for.
(It sounds DIRE, and looming like death.) Melodramatic...
This is just a general message that is intended to get a response. (Scam)
Registered mail is how "Notifications" are done.
(They threaten to send "Registered Mail"...)(They would have to do that FIRST.)
REAL DEBT requires NAMES, and ALL the INFORMATION that is needed to verify it's validity.
This message is so vague, that it makes a good "BLANKET" to cover anyone it calls.

Got the same call with the same call back number 888-782-3451. Looked that number up online, it is not found. Summons are hand delivered. Scam for information.
