States that I will be served with court papers if I do not return the call also states that they are going to file two charges against me, one for defrauding an innkeeper and the other for a nsf check both of which are criminal charges that have to be filed by a prosecuting agency and not a collection agency/law firm. they may civil charges but they are not the same charges they are threatening me with for a payday loan they say I did not repay which I did over 8 months ago.

A person left me a message about him and his partner, that they are going to serve me a summon if I don't call to settle this out of court. It appears it is an old account. They left an account number and the telephone number so that I could return the call, but I have not called them back.
