Called my employer threating to sue for over $3000.00, told he was wiling to asettle debt for $1500.00 if payed by the end of July, payed $500.00, the got suspicious. Discovered the bedt owed cared a balance well below $1500.00. After not recieving the additional $1000.00, this person contacted my emp;oyer again, left messages with personal information on voicemails that were not mine, when I spoke to him, he was rude, called me names and hung up twice, would not verify debt not his company, refused to tell me where the $500.00 was applied to, just threatened with court told me I now owed over $3000.00, laughed and sarcastically said good luck and hung up again. There is a lawsuit beginning against this company, they are strong arming people into paying debts and recovering much more then the original debt, where is the extra money going is the question? They are also using illegal measures to scare people into paying.
