Got a call from the same number yesterday. They are LEGIT Experian third-party number. They are simply calling you people so they can verify the information they got from public lists. Don't be too ignorant. Experian is a Credit Bureau! For crying out loud, if you want a clear credit record then participate! They only ask 5 verifying/inquiring questions. As far as I can remember they only asked questions you could see outside my store (Store name etc). These questions don't kill. Experian maintains nationwide database of businesses. You expect them to visit all businesses and organizations nationwide one-by-one to get this info; so they can clear/update your credit record (which you would greatly appreciate in time!)? Whatever happened to the American brain lately?

Caller said she wanted to update our business information. Told her I can't divulge any info over the phone. She seemed offended and said goodbye.
