They apparently bought a debt from Omni Finance, as there is a balance due after an accident totaled my car. Omni Finance has on record that this will be paid upon resolution of litigation, but this person would not accept what I told him and was very, very upset that I would not make monthly arrangements. I contacted Omni Finance after speaking with him, as he stated he was going to mark my account as REFUSED, which Omni confirmed he did. They also assured me that all notes were consistent and that they could do not further damage. As I asked him to not call me at work, he is now calling family members that live out of town to get my personal phone number. He is just harassing me and my family, as an explanation has already been provided along with my refusal to set up monthly payments.
