I have received nothing but spam phone calls from this number every hour to my private cell phone number (this number is only given to family for emergencies). Never leaves a voice-mail and when I have picked up someone is there but they do not talk. I have on several occasions tried to find out where this number comes from so i can file legal charges for harassment but have so far been unable to.
