They called left me a message stating that I had 24 to 48 hours to contact them or they were going to get a bench warrant for my arrest. Can they do this?

They also left me a message but for someone else threatening a bench warrant so I called them back and spoke with someone and told them to not contact me again and was put on their don't call list what idiots
