He called back twice to try to tell us that we were rude. Then his "manager" called us I say manager in quotes because he also claimed he was the manager when I asked to speak to his manger when he called back. In any case it made my blood boil and I'm going to lodge a complaint and spread the word. He's pissed off the wrong family.
