Yes, they are very harassing. Goes by "ACS" (not the Alaska phone company) The most rude and pushy out-of-state credit card processing companies that have ever called me. I ask them every time to take me off their call list and they just keep talking, say *I'M* the rude one b/c I don't care to hear their spiel. Won't let me talk to a supervisor. Doesn't listen to "no". There is absolutely no way ever I would do business with these people.
