She left message for 3rd party on my machine, claiming that party attempted to defraud a financial institution. I called her back, she claimed to be representing civil investigation agency (refused to give company name - kept saying that she was going to issue arrest warrant today. I explained she had 3rd party, but she was quite aggressive about insisting arrest was imminent.
