I was called about a past debt I had owed and the caller Vanessa sewed really nice and even let me make payments on a monthly basis, I initially had reservations about paying these people because I could not find any information about them, I called all the previous holders on my debt and was told that full spectrum was the holder now, so I paid them, she said I would receive a conformation letter stating I paid the amount in full well a month passed and still no letter I tried calling back the two numbers I received the phone calls from and they are no longer in service #909-204-5325 and # 855-849-2226 was I scammed? I need some help.
