Same thing happened to me on 11/17/14. James Howard told me to call Mark Johnson regarding a legal action taken against me by the Dept. of Treasury.

Got a call/message from a James Howard stating this call is a verbal notification of enforcement action on my name and to call him back or have my lawyer call back because it could become a legal mess. He stated to call him back at 909-237-9679.
He had an east Indian accent.

I already filed complaints with the FTC, Feds, and MagicJack. Did the same thing last time I was called and by week 2 the number was inactive. Not going to stop it, but if we could spam their number enough they will stop using it. (AGAIN) If this could potentially save one person from falling for this I feel good about it.
I have been spamming their voicemail.....'cause I got nothin' better to do right now. Found some free annoying sound effects, and just give them a call every 5-10 min. (after blocking them from being able to call my number) YEP I'm a jerk like that!
