Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
The perpetrator is identified as Quality Air, another scam HVAC contractor (probably unlicensed). Whether it's air duct cleaning, HVAC repairs, home improvements, credit cards, vacation giveaways, computer repairs, fake charities, or the IRS, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!

I got a call at 5:53pm from this number. I answered "hello" twice. After the person took themselves off mute, a male voice asked "hello," to which I replied the same. Then the phone disconnected. I tried calling back about 4 times, but nothing connected.
