I have received three calls from this number in the last two days. Each time they call, the phone is dead air, so I hang up. When I call the number back, it immediately rolls in to voice mail.

I do not know who the caller is, but I assume it is a telemarketing call. We are on the DNC list. I filed complaints with the following government offices:

No idea who keeps calling but they have called 3 times in last 15 minutes (after 9pm) and once at 655pm!

Came up on caller ID as "Kansas Call". Picked up, but there was silence on the line for a few seconds before caller hung up. Called twice in 1 day.
