Five times someone has called from 913-738-4878. I do not answer, instead call the number back. When you call it a recording states they called due to my request and if I don't want them to call again to leave my phone number. I have done this 4 times and they still keep calling. I informed the state Attorney Generals office just now. Although 913 area code is in Kansas, their recording says Chicago.
