This is a collection agency. I received a letter to submit payments for a hospital my husband owes money. I started paying a couple of payments but have not had any acknowledgements of them receiving it or sending it to the hospital. Originally the hospital said they did not hire them to collect but when I called them after I heard that they said I was to send the checks to them made out to the hospital. I am still trying to reach someone to get this straighted out.
