These two people called my granddaughter today from 916-226-5159 and said is she did not send them money by 12pm tomorrow they would go ahead and file a warrant for her arrest. I called them back and told them they will be hearing from the State's Attorney's office, the FTC, and the FBI. Thomas Wells hung up on me. THIS IS A SCAM!! I instructed my granddaughter to make a police report and file complaints with her State Attorney and the FTC. I googled the number, it is coming from Elk Grove Ca.
