got a call from this number, didnt answer, got the voicemail saying if i do not call back in a timely manner then so help me god for the bad things that are going to happen. i called back asking for Michael Brown. . the "attorney" that called me. The guy that answered refused for me to talk to him. I then said I want to know the matter of this call, he said he needed my attorney. I said if it involves me and you know my last 4 of my social I deserve to know, he said I applied for payday loans and since i didnt deny them they are after me for 300$. I said i never applied for a payday loan, I have a job and my husband is military, we are fine money wise. He then said well you will be going to jail unless you can pay this now or get your attorney. I said this was a scam, I never applied for nor recieved any payday loan. He then got really mad at me and said Well then I will have you arrested, see you in court, and hung up on me. . . this is just stupid really!

Have received several calls from this company. Alway from some thick accented individual with a very American name. Each time they call, I block that number, but the just create another number and continue to call. They tell me that I am being sued for taking a loan with Cash Advance America. I have never dealt with them. Then they threaten me, my family, my job with severe penalties if I don't pay them right away. They say the sheriff will show up at my house and arrest me right away and if i decide not to do anything about this, then that is my decision and good luck because my life is going to be like living in hell until I take care of this. As far as I am concerned, this is a serious threat and these people should be shut down immediately. I have seen enough of these reports to know that there should be enough information at this point to do something about this. If you receive this kind of call, DO NOT do what they ask you to do... I am calling my sheriff's department now to file a report.
