916-295-6098 = caller id = Lincoln CA = bogus collection agency for someone I never heard of; and very nasty response when I tell them; and hang up when I ask to speak to supervisor; wish English was his first language as call would have been a lot clearer...ugh...I don't owe anyone any money, retired, have had same phone number for 3 decades plus; this is a scam otherwise I could have straightened out with a supervisor!
