No company name on caller ID....only ph. no. 916-301-4404. Recording first about lowering interest rates. I pressed optopn 9 to speak to a rep & asked immediately to be put on do not call list...He said "NO" to which I said "excuse me?" He again said "NO". I said "Are u refusing to put me on the Do Not Call List?".....He then hung up.
