I recieve the same threat and phone call as Mike did with the threat of being arrested and having two counts against me with the fedaral legistation department, but I believe it was as scam he had my social info and everything and told me I had a hour to pay or they were going to download the papers and have me arrested, they got me for 300 bucks, but after I paid I didnt get a confirmation number or reciept or anything, so Just be careful out there because their are alot of scammers out their get lifelock or some type of protect for yourself. Now Im pissed off and out $300.00

Yeah 9164158706's Frank Miller called me, with such a deep Indian accent that I didn't understand very much he said accept my social and 3 criminal something, so I called back because I was infuriated that I couldn't understand his nasty attitude of a threat and the guy that answered told me that he didn't know what the "Heck" I was talking about and I asked him who the "Heck" was he talking to and he in turn said "Who the F--k are you talking to" at that point I said "Really, really" and hung up and here I am. Thank you all for being online with the truth.

I received a phone call from these guys and they stated that I have three legal things under my social security number and that he needs my lawyer contact info. He wanted me to confirm the last four digits of my social but I wouldn't. He stated that he was representing the law office of James A Best. This guy contacted me at my job as well.

Yeah they said I had three lawsuits against me and that they represent the federal government and that I had a hour to pay them before the case got downloaded to the supreme court and he kept threatening me with arrest and that he had already signed my job termination papers. I called a friend and his parent talked to him (some like Indian jerk who called himself Chris Miller.) I guess he then threatened to arrest her to. I eventually figured out it was a scam and most of the things he claimed would happen don't make sense with hindsight.they really did cause me an emotional morning. They called on 9164159706 and this Chris guy who is the "head attorney" gave me 7145848764 to contact him. The one thing that doesn't add up is he was threatening me with arrest and then after having my friends parent talk to him I guess he said oh no more hour to pay the debt he's arrested and I got a call from an emergency number and it was some guy saying this is officer so and so I need to verify your address for ur arrest. I didn't verify it but when I click on details it says to call back the emergency number is 911. I'm just surprised how much he was threatening me and how he said they represented the fed. I mean he said unless I pay the debt with late fees and write an apolOgy I'd lose my social security, job, benefits, and not be able to leave the city or work for three years. These guys are dicks.

So I'm at work today and this Law Firm calls claiming I have a law suit against me; not knowing that I previously filed Bankruptcy and was cleared of all my debt. I knew it was a scam because I knew for a fact I didn't owe anyone because I'am debt free. Another thing that made me aware was they asked for my social security number and bank account in which I did not give. After all this I decided to look up the website and talk to the Law Firm of the real John A. Best and they said these people have been falsely using their company name for months nation wide. The real John A. Best Law Firm number is 262-335-2605 and its located in South Placer California and it actually have a beautiful website and the people are professional and nice and they have filed a claim against these scam artist and plan to take matters to the F.B.I.
