They called and put me on hold to "find my case file" and stated they were investigators with collins & stern law firm! One was investigator Coleman and as he would not let me speak after repeatedly telling him I've never had this kind of debt ( payday loan) he then passed me on to his supervisor, investigator Brandon Davison.. Who neither one of them would give me their credentials ( obviously in order to be an investigator you have to have proof you're actually an investigator) and after arguing with this last person he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that he will begin the process to summons me to court and which county did I live in so he could contact the authorities to start processing my case for fraud and breach of contract, so I came back at him asking location of his law firm because as we spoke I was googling his company along with the phone number and told him that his phony company name can't be found, I then asked for the number to the bar association so I can get the information on his so called law firm and report them if they are indeed not a law firm and they can be arrested for fraud... And then the line was dead!! So I'm currently on hold with the bar association out of Albany to get a phone number for someone to contact in South Carolina, because that's where they say they are out of.. But the area code is California!!

Received a voicemail pertaining to a family member. The voicemail sounded like a police agency looking for a criminal! They left no contact name or agency name...only a phone # and case #.
