Rings through to voice mail, records 15 seconds of dead air, then hangs up a clattering phone receiver. Haven't heard one of those in a while.

says gas bill will be going down. asks if this is the best number at which they can reach me. told them i am going to report this as a fradulent call. "jenny" insisted she works for pg&E and this was not a fraud call. just got home now and see they tried to call me again. east indian accent with background noise like from a call center (in india).
