Some asshole keeps faxing me an advertisement for insurance. The ad says to fax back to this number if interested. Damn asshole!

I received a fax last night-at my home- at 11:00. It was for life insurance. I am supposed to fax back my "application" to this number. Make it stop!

Receiving unsolicited faxes for insurance. Faxed the 'Formal' request to 206-337-3303 (number in Washington state) to have faxes stopped several times but the faxes kept comming. Sender requestes completed form be faxed to 1-917-210-3218 (number in New York state). I did a little research and it looks to be a scam attempting to phish information for identity theft. I am attempting to trace the fax further through the phone company.
