This guy called me, sounded like he was from Pakistan, or India. I could hear many people talking in the back ground, like he was a telemarketer. He said he was with Card Services/ Better Business Bureau and could lower my Interest Rate. Strangely he had the first four numbers of my Credit Card. I stupidly gave him my whole number, but was very skeptical. Then he asked for my zip code and I would not give it to him, he kept on and on how this was a government thing to help people who pay there credit card on time and don't miss a payment. He also, mentioned Obamas name twice and said I was protected against fraud. I ended up hanging up on him and immediately called my credit card company, reported this to them. They did not know anything about this and canceled my credit card number. He also tried to call me again, I would not answer. I will be reporting this to the Attorney General of my State and who ever else I need to.
