Claim to be cardmember services asking about credit balances. Can not specify a bank and claim you are up for a six month review for a lower rate on your Visa/Mastercard. Clearly telemarketer who refuses to take your name off their list and had a nasty tone.

She wouldn't name a company other than visa. Said I was nominated for a credit review to lower my rate, but wouldn't answer my questions and hung up on me after 20 seconds when she realized I wasn't going to give her my information.
