I just got a call from this number. It was someone speaking with much accent; a foreigner? Demanding to know who I am etc. Very weird and rude. He said something like "you are the one doing the harassing." I just said, "God bless you, have a nice day" and hung up.

This was an automated message to me stating they were the RAA and that I had been downloading music illegally and that I could be facing a fine of $677,000. Since I don't pirate music, I know this has to be a scam of some sort.
