Sounds like a live person but may be a good recording. They are promoting a talent search in my area (PDX)
After a week a annoying calls I tried to tell them to stop but at the end of the message a second voice said "Press 2 to be removed" so I did and will now wait to see how many more calls I receive. SIGH!
