I keep getting a phone call from this (925) 446-3690 number and they call ALL the time! I have it auto reject list but drives me crazy! when i call back, they answer then hang up! i need help with this!

Received 3 calls in the last week. First time the guy says, he's from Microsoft, next time silence, today I recognized the number and just cnx'd it. Then I logged onto my phone and blocked the number.
