Get at least 2 from this # before 10 am, all 7 days a week. When we answer, it runs a short loop of, "Sorry We are all Busy, Please continue to hold." That happens about 5-8 times (identically each time) and then it drops the call. No ASCIII on the CID to get a business name, if you press '1' or '0' or any other key during the waiting spiel, it just kicks you back out to the start again.
Only this asshole/company of assholes are creating this problem for us but I did check ATM STAT, US & DS PCKT_LOSS, ATT, & SNR - all at the box with proper equip. and knowledge.
