they called and demanded 200 cash then another 200 cash claiming they kidnapped my brother inlaw---when they dropped him off it wasnt him---it was a man this is all we know and he called from 2 different numbers 939 202 8352 and 787 387 2240
if any police is reading this please investigate---i do not want to give my information
