The same exact thing happend to me they told me they were going to come and check my cable from 12pm-4-pm and told me I had supposadly purchased some adult videos that's cost $9.99 when that's not true and Said the money was not refundable,

This caller did not give me their name or any other information. They told me that someone had hit their car and were claiming that my number was left to contact about the incident. They asked for my name and insurance information. I refused and hung up. When I called back to verify it was a real number it took about 25 seconds before it rang once and then the line began to beep.
