caller called saying that he was a law firm trying to collect money from an on line account that was from 2008 and when i asked him the month and date he couldnt give that to me either sounds really weird

I received a threatening call from this number that appears to be owned by a collection agency. Message says that I'll be arrested if I don't call this number back. It's creepy and strange.
