if you answer and don't speak, the call will disconnect after 10 seconds. Unfortunately they keep calling all day. Why doesn't 'Do Not Call' registry work to stop these annoying calls.

949-111-2222 -- I am registered on the Do Not Call Registry. This is a telemarketer -- I should not be receiving ANY telemarketer phone calls, especially on my cell phone.
