I didn't answer this call, but the person /company calls repeatedly and never leaves a message. If I call back, I get a busy signal.

Obvious bot caller about "an online health insurance form" they said I filled out, which I did not. When you call it out on being a bot it apologizes and says immediately it's human. I told it to say the word "fish" to prove it was real. It told me to keep it professional and hung up.

I get a call EVERY day on my cell phone which I pay for from this number and when I try to call back to tell them to take me off of their call list, all I get is a busy signal.
