Unknown company name. Said it was a collection agency. Caller gave an American name but sounded very Indian. Said I need to pay a student loan that was from ages ago. Seemed phishing for information. I don't trust this agency.

This indian sounding man keeps threating to arrest me, after i asked him was he a police officer he said yes! i said with (my state) he said no in CA, i advised him he has no jurisdiction in my state and what police department was he with and his badge number, he could not answer. I have filed a case with my local police department and the FBI about him. He gives false statements, impersonates a police office and an FBI officer. He was scared out of his mind when i turned the tables on him advising that he was being recorded and the police were involved. My suggestion is to turn the table on him with questions and not to give any of your personal information.
